Money, standing, results, the harvest of things planted long enough ago that you've stopped watching for them. Eight days often carry news about work or money. A payment, an offer, a decision made somewhere above your head. Eight is also the number of what you privately believe you're allowed to have. Whatever you say about money today lands harder than usual, including the things you only say to yourself. Nothing has to be earned twice. If something arrives easily, that's not suspicious. There is a version of this that people find slightly embarrassing to mention, so I'll go first. Whatever number has been following your prices around lately, it's usually sitting near a figure you haven't said out loud. Most people have one. A fee, a salary, an asking price, a number in a conversation that has been waiting months. Eight days make that figure easier to say plainly.
